We all know that online meetings are not ideal as they limit human-to-human interaction in a traditional manner, however there are several techniques that can make any meeting fun, inspiring and effective.

This feature was created to hide what's behind you in case you can't find a blank wall. Why not make it fun? Whether you're missing natural environment, want to virtually hangout with others, or meet your project partners in your virtual office.

To download individual image: click the image and the left-click to stop slideshow and right click on the photo and choose "Save image as...". Use left and right arrows on the photos to go back or forward. save the image to your computer.
To change your Zoom background:
In your Zoom meeting
Select the arrow to the right of the Video button in the bottom left part of your screen
Select "Virtual background"
In your overall settings
Open your Zoom application
Go to settings, then "virtual background"
Click the + button, and select your new background!
You may have to deselect "mirror my video"
If you want to change what appears behind you in your video, you can either blur your background or replace it entirely with any image you want.
Note: Blurring or replacing your background might not prevent sensitive information from being visible to other meeting participants.
Change your background before a meeting starts
While you're setting up your video and audio before joining a meeting, select Background effects Background settings . It's just to the right of the mic switch. Your background options will display on the right. Choose Blur to blur your background. You'll appear nice and clear while everything behind you is subtly concealed.
You can also replace your background with one of the images provided, or with one of your own choosing. To use an image of your own, choose Add new and then select one to upload from your computer. Make sure it's a .JPG, .PNG, or .BMP file. Your new background will persist in all your meetings and calls until you change it again. To turn off background effects, select Option for turning off background effect .
Note: If you don't see this option in the menu, the feature might not be available on your device yet.
Change your background during a meeting
To alter your background after you've already joined a meeting, go to your meeting controls and select More actions More options button > Show background effects.
Select Blur to blur your background, or choose from the available images to replace it. To upload an image of your own, select Add new and pick a .JPG, .PNG, or .BMP file from your computer. To turn off background effects, select Option for turning off background effect. You'll be able to preview your chosen background to see how it looks before you apply it.
Notes:
For now, Linux users aren't able to use this feature.
Background effects won't be available to you if you're using Teams through optimized virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI).
Limit distractions and maintain privacy in your current surroundings by using a virtual background. You can blur your background, change your background, or add a background image during your meeting, event, or training session. Blurring your background makes your surroundings appear out of focus so people can't see the details of what's going on behind you. Alternatively, you can completely replace your surroundings with one of the preset backgrounds, or add one of your own. Your Webex site administrator must enable virtual backgrounds for your site in order to use them.

Desktop, iOS, Android, Mac or Windows, you can use virtual backgrounds in meetings and events using the Webex Meetings desktop app.
Before You Join
Click Change Background and then do one of the following:
To blur your surroundings while remaining in focus, click Blur.
To use a default virtual background, click the one you want.
To use your own image for the virtual background, tap the + icon.
It is recommend that you use an image that's 1280 × 720 pixels in size or larger. Images must be in the .jpg or .png format.
During a Meeting
In your self-view window, click the Video options icon, choose Change Virtual Background, and do one of the following:
To blur your surroundings while remaining in focus, click Blur.
To use a default virtual background, click the one you want.
To use your own image for the virtual background, tap the + icon.
When you're ready for everyone in the meeting to see your background, click Apply. Webex remembers your selection for your next meeting.
Notes:
Using a virtual background increases the CPU usage of your computer or mobile device and therefore may impact your battery life.
Make sure the area you're in is well lit.
Sit in front of a wall or other static backdrop.
Wear clothes that are a different colour than your surroundings.
