Some of them are prepared by universities, statutory bodies, training centres, or even governments, while others are developed accidentally by volunteers who had to improvise to meet the needs of their local group. There is no right or wrong here. During our journey, we have developed, seen, and experienced many projects, but none of them has provided an independent, comprehensive resource to support volunteers and charity workers.
