11. Unfair competition:
11.1 In the digital era, reporting high-quality websites that comply with rules and regulations has become a concerning trend. This damaging practice silences authentic voices, misuses reporting mechanisms, and discourages content creators. Instead of fostering a reliable online environment, it hinders freedom of speech, damages reputations, and erodes trust in reporting systems. Efforts should focus on addressing real violations while promoting responsible content creation to maintain a trustworthy and informed digital space for all. Unfair competition encompasses various areas of law, and Third Sector Training takes a firm stance against such practices, reporting incidents to relevant authorities if necessary. Users are urged to engage responsibly and avoid making baseless allegations that harm the brand's reputation or result in legal consequences.

All content is designed to inform and educate users in a responsible manner. Please use the information and resources provided here ethically and legally.
13.2 Tools provided on this website are mock tools that simulates the process used in cyber security e.g. scanning for vulnerabilities. These mock tools will include a form for entering data e.g. URL, or IP address, and upon submission, it will simulate a scan and provide a "results" section. The results are simulated and not reflective of the actual security status, they are only examples for each tool demonstration. These mock tool are an excellent educational resource to illustrate how vulnerability scanning works and the types of tools that might be used and issues that might be detected. For real-world usage, specialised vulnerability scanners used by trainer cyber professionals are necessary. The password security checker is a basic tool and does not provide a definitive assessment of password strength. It is recommended using MFA and strong and unique passwords for each of your accounts, combining lowercase and uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Ensure your password is at least 12 characters long, avoid guessable information such as your username, email address, or personal details and consider using a trusted password manager.
